Music has always been a part of my life. I’ve been singing since I could talk, making up little funny songs for my parents. I started taking piano lessons when I was five and took a few months of guitar lessons one summer in high school. Though I majored in music at Vassar, my musical journey as an artists didn’t truly begin until 2015 when I began writing songs and sharing them with family and friends. In 2016, I started recording and working towards production of an EP.
My influences are eclectic, ranging from pop to hip hop to alternative rock. Artists I admire and find inspiration from include The Lumineers, The Eagles, The Mama’s and the Papa’s, Sarah McLachlan, Janis Joplin, Coldplay, Muse, Tupac, Bruno Mars, Fiona Apple and Florence and the Machine.
